I like this game but ever since the update it freezes all the time and I lose my energy and dont even get to play. Please fix this issue

With this new update the game is really glitchy and it keeps freezing my phone and killing me without me getting a chance to play the level.....

Ok Ive been looking over the leader boards and am seeing some outrageous things, like people up to level 131, player levels up to 83, smurfs saved, 908, and some with coins up to 6 million. Is there rampant cheating going on? I have saved all the smurfs available so far, and the number is 535 with my level 37. And the last time I checked, there was 116 levels, not 131. Can you explain this Ubisoft? If they are beta testers, they shouldnt have access to the Game Center. It only dilutes the current version.

INCREDIBLY BUGGY, glitches, freezing, etc etc. I have lost so many things and lives because of this game. On top of that, the in app purchase prices are ridiculous.... Absolutely greedy here. Also when youre maxed out on the tournament cards - u get nothing as a bonus. The daily spin bonus is hilariously low. On the wheel of chance u can win nothing..... Seriously? Or if u win 500 u actually win 150 because the spin costs u 350. How generous! Im 35 and u should have a developer contact me because I have a lot more helpful advice to improve this game. At this time I would NOT recommend this game to a friend

This game is awesome. However since the update it freezes way to often I dont even want to play it until it gets fixed.

Im a big fan of the smurfs since I was a little kid , Im so glad they come out with this excited game. Love it ! The only down side is that it keep freezing in the middle of the game , please fix this I like this game.

I played this game everyday until I updated a few weeks ago. I even bought more lives. When I updated it my phone froze up. I deleted the game and downloaded it again. I tried to connect it back to my FB account multiple times then failed. When it finally connected I had to start at level 1. Today 3/29/16 I downloaded it again and it continues to freeze when I tried to connect it to my FB. Im so disappointed. I really hope it gets fixed soon.

I really love this game but since the update the game freezes every time, so Ubisoft please fix this problem so I can play my game.

I would rate this more stars if they would fix the freezing. I can not play it at all. Very sad.

I love the game, but since the update..... is freezing all the time, if this will continue i will erase it for sure. Do something!!!

Fun but can get frustrating when a level takes longer to pass. Love being able to get gems and keys without logging into FB.

Loved the game till the update and now the game keeps freezing . Tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and lost everything and had to start all over . Not happy I had just bought the starter packet and lost all my gems.!please fix it and would like a refund please or the gems added back to my account .

I love the Smurfs and this game is fun. However, since the last update it has been constantly freezing. I dont even know how many daily bonuses I have lost due to the game freezing. PLEASE fix this!!
