Dont play unless you want to start from the beginning over and over!!!!

I have this game connected to my Facebook and my iCloud and it doesnt save my game process. I have had to start from the beginning not once but twice. When I contact tech support they just forward to a different department and just close my claim. Game is total bogus!!
